This winter in the northeast has to be one of the most depressing. The storms are weekly, usually with three to six inches—not enough to consider dangerous but just enough to consider a nuisance, since doing much outdoors is next to impossible.
Add to that the constant cold, save for an occasional day in the low-50s, and cabin fever refuses to let up its grip.
